The 2010 International Convention was held in New Delhi, India. The convention started on 25th October and concluded on 29th October 2010.

New Delhi is the capital of India, within the sprawling metropolis of Delhi in the province of Punjab, on the River Yamuna. New Delhi was planned by Edwin Lutyens, a leading 20th century British architect, and is known for its wide, tree-lined boulevards. It houses numerous national institutions, including the Secretariat, the Presidential Palace and the Parliament House, all originally built as part of the headquarters of the British Raj. There are a large number of major landmarks such as Qutub Minar minaret (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Red Fort (also a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Lotus Temple, the Akshardham Hindu Temple and the India Gate.
